1) The loop goes through the eyelet then the loop is looped over the end of the haptic.

Great video. Thanks for the great technique - 2 questions: 1. how exactly do you tie the suture to the haptic once you put the loop through? (this wasn't perfectly clear in the video); 2. have you tried this with prolene or do you feel the gore-tex is far superior?
