MX60 Secondary IOL

Show Description +

Michael A. Klufas, MD, shares the case of a MX60 IOL (Bausch + Lomb) fixation in a 60-year-old patient with a traumatic cataract and lens fragments. The IOL fixation procedure is similar to that of the Akreos AO60 (Bausch + Lomb) technique and still offers 4-point fixation but the MX60 has no risk for opacification with air or gas tamponade.
