Multifocal Glued IOL - 2 Cases

A multifocal IOL can also be implanted in eyes with no/absent capsule using the glued IOL technique. Adjusting the degree of tuck of the individual haptics into the scleral pocket enables a well centered multifocal IOL even in such compromised eyes. More importantly, it is also possible to center the multifocal IOL taking into consideration the angle kappa of the patient. The multifocal IOL can be loaded into an injector cartridge and an injectable glued IOL performed to further also make it sutureless.
