Microspheropakia Cataract Surgery

This is a 38 year old woman with microspherophakia due to profound congenital zonular deficiency from suspected Marfan's Syndrome. She is having cataract surgery with a toric lens placed in the capsular bag with a CTR and 2 goretex sutured capsule tension segments to provide support.

Hello! What instrument do you use to make the sclerotomy to retrieve the second end of the Gore-tex suture? Thank you.

great surgery Steve. If you didn't have to use a Toric would you have opted for a scleral pocket glued in IOL?
