Gabor Scharioth, MD, PhD, discusses a new microscope mounted angle viewing system for use intraoperatively. This is the first system allowing bimanual manipulation during angle surgery. Different surgical techniques are presented to explain the potential of this new system for MIGS and other surgical techniques.
