Mohamed Awadalla, MD, FRCS(Ed), presents a case in which 4-year-old patient with aniridic glaucoma and aphakia underwent uneventful Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation. On the second postoperative day, there was loss of the red reflex with the development of large kissing choroidals and a hemorrhagic retinal detachment. The video demonstrates one technique for drainage of the suprachoroidal hemorrhage.
