Ahmad A. Aref, MD, and Eun S. Huh, MD, present the management of a pediatric traumatic glaucoma after a scleral buckle. A 7-week old female suffered a direct injury to the right globe after being struck with a car key. The corneal laceration was closed following pars plana vitrectomy and a scleral buckle. In this case, the surgeons performed a modified-Shocket procedure using her pre-existing scleral buckle as an aqueous shunt reservoir.
