This video aims to present two different approaches for the management. The sequence of manipulations is beyond the scope of the video.

First case had a fragment drop, did you remove it or leave it. Second case also complete vitrectomy was not performed evidenced by a vertically oriented ozurdex implanted intravitreally after completion of phaco. Both situations show incomplete surgery & management
