Cynthia Matossian, MD FACS, presents her Malyugin Ring (MicroSurgical Technology) insertion technique. She injects Healon 5 (Abbott Medical Optics) under the pupillary margin where the eyelets will engage the pupillary lip. The OVD maintains the space that allows the ring to glide into place.
