Epithelial ingrowth after LASIK can be successfully treated—even in rare aggressive and recurrent cases by adopting a step-wise approach to management. Allon Barsam, MD, and Ali Mearza, FRCOphth, share three techniques to treat and prevent the recurrence of post-LASIK epithelial ingrowth.
