This video shows the use of a pars plana vitreous tap for phaco in eyes with an extremely shallow anterior chamber. Because the Lumera provides surgeons with variable illumination options, a method of dynamically changing the blend of coaxial and oblique illumination to facilitate different steps will be illustrated using two separate cases.
