Amar Agarwal FRCS
Show Description +
When the video begins, two scleral flaps have been made 180 degrees apart. As the IOL is injected in the eye, Amar Agarwal, FRCS, engages the haptic with forceps passed through a sclerotomy. The haptics are tucked into intrascleral tunnels and the lens is centered. Fibrin glue seals the scleral and conjunctival flaps.
This case was recorded during the Live Surgery event at the 2015 Intraocular Implant and Refractive Surgery Convention (IIRSI).
