This is a case of a femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery combined with an iTrack (Nova Eye Medical) canaloplasty and a Hydrus microstent (Ivantis). The cataract portion of the case is routine, however, a number of interesting roadblocks popped up during the angle-based portion of the surgery. NFI.
