John A. Kanellopoulos, MD, demonstrates the preparation of the KeraKlear II artificial cornea and shares the first clinical application in a patient. This is a cornea bottom of 3.8mm diameter 400 microns depth the preparation video. This was a fresh donor cornea that had flash CXL in a 400 depth pocket 7.2 joules, 20mW for about 6 min and then again has epithelium removed, soaking with 0.25% ribo for 10 minutes and same flash CXL treatment on the surface.
