Jacobovitz Multifunctional Chopper

In this video, I present a chopper of the new generation of high-performance choppers, the Jacobovitz multifunctional chopper. This instrument has some unique characteristics, including forward cutting movement in addition to a retractor for capsulorhexis rim and an area designed to better split nucleus fragments. Also, in this video, I present a 3 to 4+ cataract case in which I used bimanual and one-hand use of the Jacobovitz multifunctional chopper.
