iTrack Canaloplasty and Tanito Micro Hook Goniotomy

Show Description +

Billy Pan, MD, shares a surgical video showing a standalone iTrack canaloplasty (Nova Eye Medical) combined with his first use of a Tanito Micro Hook. The patient in this video presented with poorly controlled IOP due to a combination of uveitic and steroid-induced glaucoma. The iTrack catheter is able to achieve a 360-degree cannulation of the system with subsequent dilation via Healon Pro. A Tanito Micro Hook is then used to achieve an additional 120-degree nasal goniotomy.
