iTrack Assisted Trabeculotomy Ab-externo

Show Description +

A five month-old female was referred for a second opinion regarding a "persistent nasolacrimal duct obstruction." A minor naso-lacrimal duct obstruction was easily solved with probing during an EUA. More importantly though, the child had advanced bilateral congenital glaucoma which we operated on within 5 days of her initial visit. Currently her IOP is well controlled without medication.
