Ozana Moraru, MD, presents a case of a 44-year-old male patient with history of high myopia who was implanted with an IOL 20 years prior. He now presented with decreased visual acuity in the right eye. Examination showed nuclear opacities of the lens, irido-phacodonesis, and bullous keratopathy. The video shows the combined procedure of IOL removal, phacoemulsification, scleral-sutured IOL implantation, and ultrathin DSAEK.
