IOL Recovery

An IOL in impending free fall through a large posterior capsule opening is referred for recovery. The surgeons enter the eye through small incisions to prevent chamber collapse and the IOL is stabilized with OVD. A cystotome is used to manipulate the lens so two opposing haptics are over the rhexis.
