In a complicated cataract surgery, a single piece PCIOL was placed in the sulcus only to displace days later. In this video, Ma'an Albarry, MD, replaces the single-piece IOL with a transscleral fixated three-piece PCIOL using a small-incision modified “sandwich-tuck” technique.
