In this challenging case, a 41-year-old man in the military sustained facial and orbital lesions due to an explosive device, which led to two intraocular foreign bodies (IOFBs) in addition to injuries to the rest of his body. The patient was hospitalized for a total of 8 weeks where he also tested positive for Covid-19, requiring isolation and special care taken by the surgeons.
