I. Paul Singh, MD, shares what he says is the future of interventional glaucoma. The patient in this case underwent iDose implantation and it allowed him to be off topical PGA for 4 years. Last year, he began PGA again. He recently had a significant cataract and Dr. Singh decided to remove the iDose (since it was past its lifespan) and implant iStent infinite (Glaukos). The video shows the stability of the iDose during phacoemulsification and the ease of removal.
