Dr. Klaus Lucke demonstrates the Lucke ILM Universal Forceps (Rumex, St. Petersburg, FL) which were designed to combine the advantages of crocodile forceps with those of ILM peeling forceps. The multifunctional instrument features a modified tip that facilitates pinching and tearing of the tissue during retina surgery. The forceps can also be used to grasp IOL haptics.

C. Luke always operates 20G thus no 23G version exists. Tip only costs a good 450$ from Rumex. Consider Didier Ducournau 23G forceps from Synergetics.
