[No narration] Dr. Ibach demonstrates placement of the 1.8 x 0.5 mm biocompatible titanium implant iDose, which releases a proprietary formulation of travoprost inside the anterior chamber. An ab-interno approach is used to visualize the anterior chamber angle. The scleral anchor is then implanted into the trabecular meshwork, and secure attachment is ensured by nudging the device.
