Good surgical technique and great surgeon skill/ability. However, centration was not good, and the super high zoom in was some what prohibitive of seeing the big picture, which I believe is important . I wonder if the surgeon's view through the operative microscope was similar, as during much of the case and due to poor centration they eye could not be seen which can be dangerous. My $0.02.
