This video demonstrates the ability to holistically address a patient's complaints. The patient in this case was on four classes of glaucoma drops with floaters as well. I. Paul Singh, MD, describes his approach, performing 1-Step limited vitreous removal (Vista Ophthalmics) and goniotomy with a Kahook Dual Blade (New World Medical). One month postoperatively, the patient had IOP in the upper teens on just a combination drop and no issues with floaters.
