Dr. Devgan presents a refractive lens exchange (RLE) case in a young, hyperopic patient with a shallow anterior chamber. The anterior chamber is filled with viscoelastic which deepens the chamber and flattens the anterior lens capsule to facilitate capsulorhexis.

Why not use Healon 5?

What was the power of IOL,with 12 Diopter of hypermetropia.As I understand only 40D IOL available in single piece Alcon.Dr Maqsood.abmaqs@hotmail.com
