Zeynep Aktas, MD, FEBO, presents the case of a 55-year-old patient with pseudoexfoliation glaucoma who underwent GATT in the right eye. The preoperative IOP was 32 mm Hg on three medications. Two years postoperatively, IOP measured 10 mm Hg with no medication.
