Deependra V Singh, MD; Raja Rami Reddy, MD, FRCS; and Yog Raj Sharma, MD; highlight an interesting case where an atypical pit was masquerading as glaucomatous cupping and was diagnosed by characteristic maculopathy on OCT. The author describes the technique of PVD induction with fovea sparing ILM peeling with gas tamponade. No laser was done.
