We would like to propose a novel sutureless scleral fixation technique, inspired by traditional scleral fixation by Dr. Lewis (1991) and the double-needle technique by Dr. Yamane, in order to simplify and improve the safety of scleral fixation using single-piece nonfoldable IOLs.
