This video shows a case of a flap enhancement performed with the iFS Advanced femtosecond laser (Abbott). Dr. Liang dissects the flap using a spatula in a three-step technique in a patient who had undergone laser-assisted cataract surgery with a limbal relaxing incision 6 months prior.
