thanks for the nice demo.,I had few cases of explanted iol,my technique is to free the lens inside the bag with healon,get the lens out of the bag to AC by dialing from the main wound with canula as a splinter from the side port below the optic(never cut the lens inside the bag), bisect the lens from shoulder to shoulder that each half ends with its haptic in one line makes it easy to drag,good luck
