I have entered the capsuar bag of a two year old Tecnis lens using the mirosurgical forceps for counter-traction on the distal anterior capsule and an iris spatula to get under the anterior capsule. It allowed me to disect the anterior capsule off of the lens, and then proceed with viscodissection of the lens.
