CF to 20/400 at the most recent visit. Intraretinal thickening was improved but still significant. I hope that as the macular edema resolves, we will have more vision gain. Strabismus was less and this was the patient's chief complaint.

did you detach posterior hyaloid?

Yes. Most definitely. This was a necessary step to get to the membrane. The posterior hyaloid was incredibly adherent to the membrane and peripheral retina given the patient's age.
