A 53-year-old female presented with intermittent blurred vision. Examination revealed a very large Soemmering's ring from cataract surgery many years ago. This video highlights use of the Endo Optiks laser microendoscope (BVI) to visualize the efficient removal of the dislocated ring under endoscopic guidance.
