Luis Rodriguez, MD; Joseph Ma, MD; Juan Carlos Abad, MD; and Yichieh Shiuey, MD, present a video explaining how to use the EndoInjector for endothelial keratoplasty using a "no touch" injection technique. In this technique, an endothelial keratoplasty graft is loaded into a double-coil cartridge and injected into the anterior chamber through a 3.2-mm clear corneal incision using fluid propulsion. Clinical testing has shown that the average endothelial cell loss is 14% at 1, 3, and 6 months. The EndoInjector has received European CE Mark Approval and is pending clearance in the U.S.
