This video demonstrates the repair of a dislocated Crystalens in the presence of zonular dialysis. The original cataract surgery occurred 28 months prior. During the course of the procedure, Dr. Hart reopens a fibrosed capsulorhexis, corrects pupil and iris abnormalities, repositions the IOL, and performs suture guided insertion of a capsular tension ring (CTR).
