Dense Cataract with Catalys and WhiteStar Signature Pro

A dense cataract is removed by Sam Garg, MD, with help from the CATALYS Precision Laser System (AMO) and WhiteStar Signature Pro Phacoemulsification System (AMO). The cataract is pre-soften via a grid pattern fragmentation to minimize phaco power needed. Nuclear fragment removal is accomplished by switching between peristaltic and Venturi pump modes.
