In some severe cases of keratoconus, there is no better option than corneal transplantation. In this video, two cases are presented. The first patient with advanced keratoconus undergos a Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALKP). The second patient presents with Fuch's Dystrophy and undergoes a Descemet's Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty (DMEK). Dr. Jose L. Güell, MD, APO, uses the same corneal donor to operate both cases.
