Please, you said to increase ocular tension above 25 mmHg to confirm the seal. Intraoperative hipertonic amaurosis is a posible event? Wich is more precise cannula or finger tonus measure? With cannula measure what are the clues, visual, tactile? Are paracentesis more dificult to seal than main incisions? Is smaller better? Thanks and congratulations for the video. Marcos
