Abdul Hannan, MBBS, FCPS, MRCS, FICO, presents a case of a patient with a previous grinder blade injury to the globe who needed cataract surgery after a primary repair done elsewhere. The patient had a large temporal iris defect with the cataract. Dr. Hannan dealt with both issues to create a near anatomical result.
