We are trying to avoid sutures, AC is instable with larger corneal wounds which definitely necessitates suturation. One step enty can also be used however results are similar in our hands.

dear sir, what if having few more mm on cornea, making the surgery more comfortable avoiding this much of struggle and at the same time faster too. the maximum could be to put a suture before making sclerotomies for PPV. also, 1 step insertion of cannula with sharp trocars can be easier than this 2 steps entry. i would appreciate your opinion.
