A closed globe technique for refixing a dislocated three piece IOL using the glued IOL technique is shown. Vitrectomy is done through the sclerotomy made for the glued IOL and then the IOL haptics are exteriorized through the sclerotomies using handshake technique. They are finally tucked into intra-scleral pockets.
