A demonstration of a femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery using the Catalys Precision Laser System to create a capsulotomy, soften the nucleus, place corneal arcuate incisions to reduce astigmatism, and fashion a temporal clear corneal incision. Dr. Jones removes the nucleus without the use of ultrasonic energy and achieves an excellent refractive outcome.
