Mahmoud Khaimi, MD, shares a case of ab-interno canaloplasty in an eye with two pre-existing iStent implants visible in the nasal angle. After priming, the iTrack Advance microcatheter (Nova Eye Medical) is introduced into Schlemm canal and advanced circumferentially with transscleral visualization of the green iLumin tip. The case illustrates catheter passage in the presence of prior angle implants. Following 360° intubation, viscodilation is performed during withdrawal with titrated OVD delivery (3–4 clicks per clock hour).
