I. Paul Singh, MD, describes the case of an AcrySof IQ Restor +2.5 Multifocal Toric IOL with ActiveFocus (Alcon) that was implanted upside down and at the wrong axis. The IOL was repositioned in the bag under the intraoperative guidance of Callisto eye (Carl Zeiss Meditec) to align the lens without having to ink mark the cornea.
