A 42-year old female patient complained of vision loss and pain. Examination revealed bi-lateral dislocation of crystalline lens. After flexible iris hooks are placed to retract and expand the capsular bag, the rhexis is made very slowly. A Cionni capsular tension ring was sutured in the bag. A single-piece IOL was implanted in the bag.
