AlloFlo Triple Implant Placement (2-1)

This video shows placement of three AlloFlo implants (Iantrek). A prior video showed the formation of a large cleft utilizing three scleral spacers. This video shows the use of three scleral spacers with the creation of two separate unique clefts. Cleft size seems to have nebulous correlation to pressure lowering, with large clefts sometimes resulting in modest reductions, whereas some small clefts can have dramatic effects. Erring on the side of more in this case of a severe POAG patient, two separate clefts were created. The goal is to increase the chance of a robust pressure lowering response, as well as durability of response.
