AlloFlo Cleft Creation Troubleshooting: Viscocycloplasty

This video showcases a spatula-cannula hybrid device made by Epsilon instruments. It is very helpful in the controlled creation of a supraciliary cleft. Initial attempt to create a cleft here shows that an entry is made into Schlemm canal. A slightly more inferior insertion attempt is made and entry into the supraciliary space is created successfully. Beyond the initial mechanical creation of the cleft, the rest of the space is opened using viscoelastic to dilate out the space with a no-touch technique.
