Ab-Interno Canaloplasty (ABIC) with Ellex iTrack Catheter

Show Description +

This is my standard technique for the ABIC procedure using the Ellex iTrack Catheter (NFI). This uses my standard procedure for "pulling down" on the pigmented trabecular meshwork to expose the back wall of Schlemm canal. This allows for an atraumatic ostomy to reduce the risk of angle bleeding.
